Volunteering Responsibilities
Our team is run by parents and volunteers. In order to make our meets and events run smoothly, every family must volunteer. Each family is required to sign up for 5 volunteer spots (points) during the regular swim season and 1 volunteer spot for Mock Meet. Families will also be required to sign up for 1 medal meet volunteer spot once they are released. This program calculates the volunteer spots as points. Your regular season spots will need to be scheduled during the registration for it to be complete. Mock meet sign ups can be done during registration or you can go back after you register to add that spot if your swimmer is attending.
Volunteer jobs range from no training necessary to a little training needed. There will be a volunteer training run by the league for anyone who would like further training. It is recommended that anyone interested in the referee and stroke and turn positions attend this training.
Swimtopia is the program we are using for computer ops. It is very user friendly. If you have any interest in learning the new computer system, which is all web based, please join us at the computer ops meeting. We could use a few back up computer ops people.

We will also be hosting our own officials training for Stroke and Turn. More information to come about that date. We are looking for more parents to train for this job.
